A University Park homeowner wanted a safer pool area for their family and guests, without turning the backyard into something that felt closed in. A 42-inch frameless glass fence, mounted on satin stainless steel spigots, gave them both.
The goal was simple to state and easy to get wrong: make the pool safer without losing what made the backyard feel like an outdoor living space in the first place. A frameless glass fence solves that directly. It creates a real barrier around the water while keeping every sightline across the pool and patio open.

Most of our pool fence work uses a base shoe track, which hides the hardware entirely. This project called for satin stainless steel spigots instead, a mounting style that holds each panel from individual points rather than a continuous track. It’s a different look with the same result: a fully enclosed pool area with nothing bulky in the way of the view.
Three self-closing, self-latching gates round out the system, so the barrier stays effective even when someone forgets to shut a gate behind them.
The family got a pool area that meets real safety expectations for kids and guests, with the glass doing the work instead of a bulky fence. Nothing about the yard reads as fenced off. It still reads as the outdoor living space it was designed to be.
